Tree of Life is happy to offer Shipping Options for those who are not local to southern California. If you live within the United States, your placenta can be shipped to Lauren and your products shipped back to you. Shipping is NOT available for frozen placenta products such as Smoothies, Smoothie Cubes, Smoothie Pieces and Broth Cubes. Placenta Prints are also NOT available when shipping.
Instructions for Safely Shipping your Placenta
Preparation:
- Get a Styrofoam Cooler and Ice Packs. The number of ice packs you need will depend on how big your Cooler is. The larger the Cooler, the more it will cost to ship. Ideally, you will want to have 2 Ice Packs that fit side by side on the bottom of the Cooler and another 2 Ice Packs that will fit side by side on top of the bagged Placenta, so that it will be sandwiched between Ice Packs.
- NOTE: If preferred, Lauren can ship a "Cooler Kit" to you which includes a Styrofoam Cooler, a Cardboard Box, and Ice Packs. Client must notify Lauren at least 6 weeks before Due Date. Cost of shipping is the Client's responsibility.
When you Deliver:

- Write "Perishable - Keep Refrigerated" on the Box.
- Ship via UPS Overnight shipping. Keep in mind that UPS does NOT deliver on Sundays, so ONLY drop off your Placenta at UPS Monday-Thursday.
Cost:
- The cost of shipping your placenta to Lauren will depend on the size of your box, the weight of the package, and where you are located. It MUST be shipped OVERNIGHT via UPS. Cost of shipping is the Client's responsibility.
- The cost of having your Products shipped back to you will depend on whether you choose UPS or USPS shipping, how quickly you choose to have your package delivered, and where you are located. Cost of shipping is the Client's responsibility. Lauren must receive shipping payment before she can ship your Products.
